We regret to hear that you did not receive a Google Play code. This might be due to several reasons. Possibly, payment has not been processed yet. If payment is processed after all, the Google Play code is sent to you by e-mail immediately. You might have entered a wrong e-mail address or the Google Play code might have ended up in your spam folder. If you cannot find the message anywhere, you can choose to have the Google Play Gift Card Code resent on the resend page. Then, the latest order is sent to you by e-mail again.
